Clubs and Organizations
CCS offers a variety of opportunities for students to connect with others who share similar interests. Active organizations on campus include InterAct service club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, North Carolina Theatre Conference Festival Team, Habitat for Humanity, and Robotics.
The House System was established in 2013-14 to replace our traditional student government. It exists to serve and build community school-wide, grades K-12. House meets every Friday for our Upper School students (grades 7-12), offering activities that encourage students’ personal growth and foster a sense of community and responsibility to one another.
Parents are responsible for transportation. Cary Christian School provides transportation for athletes to and from games.

Lower School – Enrichment classes are part of the core curriculum. They include weekly classes in PE, music, and art.
Upper School – Classes include two weekly electives offerings. Selections include PE, Fine Arts, Weight Lifting and Training, Creative Writing, Yearbook, Chess, Health and Nutrition, Personal Finance, Graphic and Web Design, History of Film, Intro to Engineering, Intro to Modern Automotive Technology, Robotics, Photography, and Study Hall.
The class of 2016 was offered more than $4.8 million in scholarships.
Notable awards for graduates were the Morehead-Cain Scholar (UNC-Chapel Hill) and Parks Scholar (NC State University). Our students often qualify as National Merit Finalists each year.
We are a 2A member of NCISAA and EPIC.
We offer outstanding athletics, with forty sports teams offering multiple levels of play for Upper School students.
Our award-winning Arts program offers drama, choral music, band, and visual arts. Special travel and performance opportunities are available for Chamber Choir members.
In addition to our Senior Service Practicum in Costa Rica, we offer overseas travel opportunities to Upper School. Students have traveled to Italy, England, Scotland, and France. Upcoming travel plans include Germany and Switzerland.
After School Care
Cary Christian School provides after school care for students in grades K-8 to help students and parents manage their busy schedules.
