CCS LUNCH PROGRAM


The Lunch Program vendors for the 2010-2011 school year are Catering by Design, Chick-fil-A, Domino’s Pizza and Subway. Students in grades 1-5 may choose from a variety of lunch options on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Middle and High School students are offered lunches five days a week. Lunches are ordered in advance five times a year in 2-month blocks. The preferred method for ordering is via the online system (explained below). The following schedule is subject to change:

  • August-September 2010: Online orders open 7/30 and close 8/6
  • October-November 2010: Online orders open 9/10 and close 9/16
  • December-January 2011: Online orders open 10/29 and close 11/4
  • February-March 2011: Online orders open 1/7 and close 1/13
  • April-May 2011: Online orders open 2/25 and close 3/3


CCS LUNCH ORDER PROCESS


  • Requirements:
    1. online access
    2. email(s) on file with CCS. If you do not have a current email(s) on file, you will need to update it with the front desk and use a paper form for the current order.

  • You will receive one login for your entire family after you register using the links below.

  • Once you have registered, you may login to the online lunch order system. Please read all instructions! The online lunch order will have the same deadline as the traditional paper form. Once that deadline has passed, you will no longer be able to place your order!

  • You may view and print your orders anytime, even when there are no open lunch orders!

  • If you wish to use a paper form for your lunch orders, you may come into the school and pick one up at the front desk or download one from RenWeb (in the following section: School Information > Resource Documents > Newsletter Archives). Please note that there are 2 different lunch order forms: one for grades K-5 and one for grades 6-12.

  • First time user? Register to access online lunch order information.
    • After you register, you will receive an email with a random password.
    • To change your password, first login with the password you receive and then click on the appropriate link on the main page.

  •  Forgot your login information? You must visit this link to reset your account information.

  • Registered user? Login to access the online lunch order information.
